So far everything works except hibernation. The laptop hibernates without any error and turns off. But when I turn it on it starts like after reboot instead of restoring the previous state.

I bought a laptop, "Inspiron " while Dec I think. Around half year times, My laptop begin "blue screen" error and have a audio plug spoiled. I contact the customer service by email , and they just keep asking me to do the PC health check. Update the driver but the problem still remain. Same as my blue screen problem, It happened from year until now warranty expired. The main excuse for the service guy is "the blue screen happened intermitternt, we are hard to figure out what may cause this problem". I am not sure whether I still got the email that I sent to the customer service, If got, I will post it here or other forum.
I've searched HP's support site, but I don't see any drivers for any OS available for my model, the Pavilion gd21dx. I did a clean install of Windows 10, but the Wi-Fi button doesn't work. When I do a Google search for it, there is a link to an HP download page, but the link appears to be dead. Is HP not allowing us to download drivers anymore? This is frustrating, because getting drivers should be simple and easy.
