The Confederate flag has been viewed as racist and as a tool to undermine Civil Rights. On the opposing side, people view it as a symbol of respect to the soldiers who lost their lives for what they believed in. The debates have emerged and then dissipated in the past, but the controversies have risen again. People are concerned by the way it will affect the community, especially now that it is becoming a popular icon for younger generations. What if college was miraculously free. It would be like going to your public high school without paying that horrendous tuition fee.

It has produce loyal, respectful, disciplined soldiers who later became productive, respectful, patriotic, law abiding citizens and a great influence in their respective communities. Military service has changed my life and the life of other members who may have been on the wrong side of the law had it not have been for the training, discipline, leadership, respect and skills that we have received while serving our country.
Mandatory Military Service Dr. John Doe, The plagues of our modern youth such as: increase rate of High School drop outs, drug usage among teens, gang activity, lack of self esteem, failing ethics and compromised morals would be greatly improved with mandatory military service. It is my belief that mandatory military service would increase: health standards, patriotism, educational levels, morals, ethics and force citizens to take a higher interest in world affairs and politics. Military service would create a society that is stronger, both physically and mentally, and it would make our government officials less trigger-happy.
